Advanced Wellness HSV is home to a collaborative network of independent practitioners, each offering their own services under their own professional practice. While each practitioner functions independently, all who practice within Advanced Wellness HSV agree to uphold the same standard of privacy and confidentiality with every client they serve.
HIPAA-Aligned Non-Disclosure Practices
All practitioners at Advanced Wellness HSV follow non-disclosure practices consistent with the guidelines set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). This means: Client health information, intake records, and session details are treated as confidential Information is not disclosed to third parties without the client's written consent, except where required by law. Practitioners take reasonable administrative, physical, and technical precautions to protect client records.
Transparency in Protecting Your Information
We believe transparency is essential to trust. Advanced Wellness HSV and its practitioners are committed to being open about how personal information is collected, stored, and secured, including:

Clients are never included in marketing materials without their explicit, informed consent. This includes, but is not limited to client reviews or testimonials.
Photographs or video featuring a client
Any public-facing promotional content that identifies a client. Consent must be given directly by the client before any such material is used, and clients may decline or withdraw consent for future use at any time.
