We work closely and confidentially with one another to ensure the the root cause of the health issue and the “whole person” approach is thoroughly addressed, providing a comprehensive and integrated experience for your well-being.

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and respect for our practitioners’ time and dedication to the service of our clients, we adhere to the following guidelines:

Practitioner Independent Rights.

Please note that while we work as a collective team, each practitioner providing services at Advanced Wellness HSV is an independently contracted professional. Consequently, they handle managing their own specific scheduling systems and may keep other individual cancellation policies. Please confirm the specific booking details provided by your chosen practitioner.

Advanced Wellness HSV Standard Cancellation Policy:

– All cancellations must be directly called into the designated practitioner for the scheduled service

– Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance will be honored with no charges applied.

– Cancellations by phone contact within 4 Hours of service will be at the discretion of the practitioner providing the service.

– Cancellations for service bookings without proper notice within the four-hour period, or “no show”, will be charged 50% of the service price.

General Wellness Standards

To support the highest quality of care, we ask all clients to adhere to the following:

Health History: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and updated health history information. Please notify your practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, or new medications prior to your session.

Confidentiality: Your privacy is paramount. All personal and health-related information shared with your practitioner is kept strictly confidential per professional wellness standards and to the full extent of the law.

Respectful Environment: We strive to support a peaceful, safe, and professional environment for all clients and staff. We ask that all visitors treat our space and practitioners with respect.
