Monica Benton, BSN, RN
Monica Benton, BSN, RN, is a 1991 registered nurse graduate of SAU Magnolia and has dedicated over three decades of her career to ensure that those in her care receive high-quality positive outcomes. She knew from the age of 8 years old that she wanted to be a nurse as she grew up in the 70’s with intrigue while watching her great aunt, Lieutenant Colonel Elizabeth Johnson, manage the nursing department of UAMS in Little Rock. She continued her post graduate nursing education at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona where she graduated summa cum laude for her Bachelors of Nursing Degree.
Monica has experience in many traditional healthcare areas including intensive care, trauma, education, and physical rehabilitation. She traveled as a registered nurse across the United States in the early 2000s before settling in California where she was promoted to Nursing Administration. She developed an instinctual awareness to not only lead others but to educate and be part of the team approach to gain the best outcomes. She served as a House Supervisor of a California hospital for almost 10 years before moving back to Arkansas to care for her aging family.
Monica moved to Hot Springs Village in 2022 and began to notice the need for easily accessible natural healthcare and restorative services in her local retirement community. In order to provide the best outcomes for those in need, she started studying about alternative wellness and holistic practices that could greatly enhance an individual’s overall well- being. After studying innovative and natural ways to promote health and wellness along with surveying the needs of local communities, she established the Advanced Wellness Center. The mission of the center is to promote unity and collaboration of multiple independent wellness practitioners in a safe healing space while providing natural alternative wellness services to those in need and support those
individuals who cannot travel long distances for care.
As a nurse entrepreneur, Monica is always discovering ways to expand service options while supporting other practitioners to improve the community health at large. She strives to operate a natural and holistic wellness program where the clients always feel safe, supported, and cared for like family.

PENS — Percutaneous Electrical Nerve Field Stimulation
PENS, or percutaneous electrical nerve field stimulation, is an FDA-cleared, non-opioid therapy that supports the nervous system through gentle stimulation of specific nerve pathways. FDA-cleared uses include post-surgical pain management, including C-section recovery, relief from peripheral diabetic neuropathy, and support during opiate withdrawal. This treatment is designed to help reduce discomfort, calm irritated nerve signaling, and support recovery without relying solely on medication. It is a powerful option for patients seeking a non-opioid path for pain, withdrawal support, and nervous system regulation.
StemWave Therapy
StemWave is a non-invasive acoustic wave therapy designed to stimulate the body’s natural repair response in targeted tissues. It supports circulation, tissue activation, inflammation balance, mobility, and recovery from joint or soft tissue discomfort. This treatment is ideal for clients dealing with chronic pain, stiffness, injuries, or areas that feel slow to heal. StemWave helps “wake up” tissue function so the body can respond more effectively.
PRF for Aesthetics
PRF, or platelet-rich fibrin, is a natural regenerative aesthetic treatment created from your own blood. It contains platelets, fibrin, and growth factors that support collagen production, skin quality, firmness, under-eye rejuvenation, texture, and overall facial renewal. PRF is a beautiful option for clients who want a more natural approach without relying only on synthetic filler. Results build gradually as the skin’s own repair signals are activated.
PRF for Hair Restoration
PRF hair restoration uses your own concentrated platelets and growth factors to support scalp health and encourage healthier, fuller-looking hair. This treatment is designed to nourish the hair follicles, improve the scalp environment, and support early thinning or shedding in both men and women. Because PRF comes from your own body, it offers a natural, non-surgical approach to hair restoration. A series of treatments is typically recommended for best results.
IV Vitamin Therapy
IV vitamin therapy delivers hydration, vitamins, minerals, and nutrients directly into the bloodstream for efficient absorption and whole-body support. These infusions may help support energy, immune health, hydration, recovery, fatigue, headaches, stress depletion, and general wellness. Each infusion can be selected based on your symptoms, lifestyle, goals, and provider recommendations. It is a restorative option for clients who feel depleted, run down, or in need of deeper nutritional support.
Medical Grade Peptides
Medical grade peptides are targeted cellular-signaling compounds used to support specific wellness goals such as recovery, metabolism, tissue repair, sleep, immune balance, weight management, hormone support, and healthy aging. Peptide therapy works by communicating with the body’s natural repair and regulation systems rather than simply masking symptoms. Treatment plans are personalized based on your goals, health history, and provider guidance. This is an advanced option for clients seeking deeper support for performance, restoration, and longevity.
Stem Cell Therapy IVs
Stem cell therapy IVs are designed to support cellular repair, inflammation balance, immune modulation, recovery, and whole-body regeneration. These therapies are used by clients seeking advanced support for chronic inflammation, tissue stress, fatigue, aging, recovery, and overall vitality. The goal is to provide the body with biologic signaling support that may help optimize repair and resilience. Treatment recommendations are personalized and medically guided based on each client’s needs and goals.
Orthomolecular Facial Analysis for Beauty
Orthomolecular facial analysis for beauty looks at the face as a visible map of nutritional status, inflammation, hydration, oxidative stress, hormonal patterns, and aging changes. Instead of only treating lines or volume loss from the outside, this approach helps identify internal imbalances that may affect skin quality, tone, texture, puffiness, dullness, and facial vitality. The goal is to create a more personalized beauty plan using aesthetics, nutrition, labs, IV therapy, peptides, PRF, and regenerative treatments when appropriate. This allows beauty care to become more precise, natural, and rooted in whole-body restoration.
Orthomolecular Facial Analysis for Cellular Therapy
Orthomolecular facial analysis for cellular therapy evaluates facial signs that may reflect deeper patterns of cellular stress, inflammation, nutrient depletion, metabolic imbalance, and impaired repair. This approach helps guide personalized recommendations for cellular support, including IV therapy, peptides, regenerative medicine, lab testing, detox support, and anti-inflammatory strategies. The face can reveal clues about what the body may need before symptoms become more advanced. This service is ideal for clients who want a deeper, root-cause approach to energy, aging, resilience, and cellular restoration.
